Emerge Berkeley Christian Academy was launched out of an outreach initiative of Emerge Berkeley (Church) to provide affordable Christian education in the Bay Area.
Please do not allow cost to prevent you from enrolling your child. We will work with families individually to create a suitable plan.

Sliding Scale Tuition Breakdown

Notes

  • Income Verification Required: The first four brackets (up to $125,000) require annual documentation (tax returns, W‑2s).

  • Sibling Discounts:

    • 10% off 2nd child

    • 15% off 3rd child

    • 20% off 4th+ child

  • SID Pool Assistance: Additional financial help may be awarded from the Scholarship & Individual Determination (SID) Pool for families demonstrating extraordinary need.

  • Families above $125,000 pay standard tuition rates.

How to Apply for Assistance

  1. Apply Online – Complete the application on our website and pay the $50 non-refundable fee.

  2. Meet with the Head of School – Share your child’s needs and learn about EBCA’s program.

  3. Submit Income Documents (if requesting sliding scale) – Provide your latest tax return or W-2.

  4. Accept Offer – Sign and return the Enrollment Agreement.

  5. Secure Your Spot – Pay the $200 annual registration fee and choose a payment plan.
